Ice-Cream Cone Sleeve Machine Ice-cream cone sleeve machine, also called ice-cream paper cone machine, is the fist product of Dayuan Industrial. First machine delivered in 1996, till the end of 2011 Dayuan has installed more than 500 sets machines worldwide, ranks as the top two manufacturer in the world. We have different models, production speed from 200 pieces to 250 pieces per minute.

Cone Paper Cup Machine Cone Paper Cup Machine is one of Dayuan's great achievements in 2008. Dayuan spent more than 3 years designed and produced cone paper cup machine by ourselves. Web-feeding machine with hotmelt unit, cylinder cutter, production speed reaches 160 cups per minute (without rim). Machine to produce cups with rolled rim also has been successfully developed in 2010.

Carton Erecting Machine Carton erecting machine is the special machine to produce hamburger clamshell box, trays, lunch box, pizza box, food pails, french fry box which are widely used in fast food industry. Production speed up to 360 trays or 240 clamshells per minute (double lane model). Dayuan is the first manufacturer in China for this product, there are more than 200 sets (since 2003) Dayuan machine working worldwide serving for McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut and other famous companies. |
Automatic Punching MachineAutomatic punching machine is designed mainly for supplying blanks for ice-cream cone sleeves, material include aluminium foiled paper, coated paper and normal cardboard in rolls. This product solves well the problem of normal punching machine and die cutting machine can not cut for aluminium foiled paper materials in rolls. |
